Grateful DeadAtlanta Municipal Auditorium November 11th 1971 (2CD)
One drummer, no Pigpen, hassle from the cops, the oft derided Atlanta gig is ready for reappraisal.
Although lacking any extending jams or improv, there is a snappy "Playing in the Band, a rollicking "Truckin", while the band smokes during "Goin Down The Road Feeling Bad" and rocks a "Johnny B Goode".
Not then the “total bummer” Jerry is heard to mutter on exiting the arena.
